Pad-Pong-Ka-Ree-Moo (Fried Slice pork with yellow curry)

Last 2 weeks, I went to my lovey friend, Tina, and cooked Pad-Pong-Ka-Ree-Moo or Fried Slice pork with yellow curry. I'm not sure it's Thai food or Indian food but it tasted good (I though). Then I wrote roughly recipe here to remind me one time I cook, haha.

Pad-Pong-Ka-Ree-Moo (Fried Slice pork with yellow curry)
Ingredient :
  • Slice pork
  • Yellow curry power
  • Slice garlic tree
  • Smash garlic
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Oil
  • Soy source
Direction :
  • Pour oil on a pan wait for a while till the oil get warm
  • Put smash garlic and fry till it get yellow (don't fry too long it'll burn)
  • Put pork and fry till be cooked then pour some soy sauce
  • Pound an egg on a bowl mix with yellow curry power and milk
  • Put the mixed egg on the pan fry them together till the egg is cooked
  • Put Slice garlic tree and mix together
  • Put a seasonal (Optional)
  • Serve
