Water Cooling is the way that use to get rid of the heat from your system by using water flow through the heated part (keep the water in the tube not directly connect). For example, to cool down the cathod which heated by the high voltage, to cool down the high power supply voltage then water cooling is the important part in the system which have heating to protect the system from damage.
